The work
ROOT & CROWN We build the roots first. Then we build the crown. Because a tree can't grow tall without strong roots. But the higher it grows, the more vulnerable it becomes. To the wind. To the storm. To its own weight. A strong crown needs strong roots. Roots deep enough to hold what you build above them. That is the work. Go deep enough to understand what shaped you. Build the inner foundation strong enough to carry where you want to go. Then grow. Strong roots. Strong crown. Keep growing.

This work is not theoretical to me.
My approach has been shaped by years of looking directly at my own shadow, fear, control, neediness, ambition, relationships, performance, spirituality and leadership.
My practice includes inner work, meditation, shadow work, coaching, entrepreneurship, leadership, performance, psychedelic experiences and integration. I have had to look at myself too.
